Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services used beyond 30 days
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Third-party integrations or add-ons
  • Services purchased during promotional periods (unless stated otherwise)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period unless you are within the 30-day refund window.
